Affordable compounded semaglutide is a reasonable thing to look for, as long as "affordable" is measured on the whole program rather than on a first-month banner. This page explains how to compare compounded semaglutide programs on the all-in price and what ours includes; the published numbers are on our pricing page. To begin, start with the compounded semaglutide page.
Why compounded semaglutide costs less than the brand
Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient under a prescription. It is priced by the pharmacy and the clinic, not by a brand manufacturer's list price, which is the main reason it is less expensive than Ozempic or Wegovy. It is also a different product: not FDA-approved, and not a generic of either brand. Lower cost is a reason to ask questions about the pharmacy and the prescriber, not a reason to skip them.
Compare the all-in price
Four things make up the cost of a semaglutide program: the provider visit, the medication, shipping and supplies, and follow-up. Some programs charge separately for the visit, for each dose change, or for check-ins. Others quote a low introductory month and a higher ongoing price. Compare the month-two-and-beyond number, with everything included, across any programs you are considering, and ask whether a quarterly supply is offered. Our all-in pricing is published on the pricing page, including the quarterly option.
Where "cheap" stops being affordable
The lowest prices online are for vials sold without a prescription. That product is unregulated, may not contain what the label says, and is not comparable to a compounded prescription from a licensed pharmacy. An affordable program still includes a licensed provider's evaluation, a named licensed U.S. pharmacy and someone to call about side effects. If a price seems to leave one of those out, it probably does.
How our program works
Online intake, a video visit with a licensed provider, a prescription only if semaglutide is appropriate for you, fulfillment by a licensed compounding pharmacy named in your account, and follow-up check-ins. Monthly or quarterly supply. Service in the states on our service areas page. Details are on how it works and compounded semaglutide online prescription.
