Longevity Medicine and Anti-Aging Treatments
Provider-prescribed therapies aimed at cellular energy, recovery and healthy aging: NAD+, glutathione and peptides, prescribed online and shipped from a US pharmacy.
What longevity medicine means here
Longevity medicine is the practice of using measurable, provider-supervised interventions to support how well the body functions as it ages: energy production in cells, antioxidant capacity, tissue repair, sleep and metabolic health. It is not a promise to add years. It is an attempt to keep the years you have functional, using treatments with a plausible mechanism and a reasonable safety record under supervision.
The therapies on this page are compounded injectables prescribed after an online provider evaluation. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism whose levels decline with age. Glutathione is the body's principal antioxidant. Peptides such as Epithalon, GHK-Cu and MOTS-C are short amino acid chains studied for effects on cellular signalling, skin and tissue, and metabolism.
Human evidence for most longevity therapies is still developing. We describe what each treatment has been studied for and let your provider decide whether it is appropriate for you, rather than making claims the research does not yet support.
Who it may be right for
- Adults who want a provider-supervised approach rather than unregulated supplements
- People focused on energy, recovery and healthy aging alongside sleep, nutrition and exercise
- Patients comfortable with self-administered subcutaneous injections
- Anyone with realistic expectations about what current evidence supports
Only a licensed provider can decide whether treatment is right for you. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.

NAD+ and glutathione
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is required for the reactions that turn food into cellular energy and for DNA repair enzymes. Levels fall with age, and restoring them is one of the most studied strategies in the field. Glutathione neutralizes oxidative stress and supports detoxification in the liver. Both are given as subcutaneous injections on a schedule your provider sets, and are often combined.
Peptides in longevity care
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signalling molecules. Epithalon has been studied in relation to telomerase activity and sleep. GHK-Cu, a copper-binding peptide, has been studied for skin, wound healing and tissue remodelling. MOTS-C is a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for metabolic regulation and exercise capacity. These are compounded, prescription-only therapies, and their evidence base is early. Your provider will discuss what is and is not known.
Frequently asked questions
Is longevity medicine FDA-approved?
The compounded therapies we offer are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. They are prescribed only after a licensed provider evaluates you.
How is NAD+ given?
As a subcutaneous injection, typically several times a week at a dose your provider sets. Some patients notice effects on energy within weeks; others notice little, and we say so.
Can I combine treatments?
Often, yes. NAD+ and glutathione are commonly paired, and the Total Wellness Stack combines four therapies in one program. Your provider decides what is appropriate together.
Do I need lab work?
Not usually for these therapies. Your provider may recommend labs if your history suggests they are needed.
