Medical Care

Absolutely! All of our treatment plans include access to licensed healthcare providers. You can message your provider directly through your patient portal, and for certain conditions, we offer video consultations. Our providers typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

Our network includes board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants licensed in all 50 states. All providers undergo rigorous credentialing and must maintain active licenses and malpractice insurance. You can view your assigned provider's credentials in your patient portal.

After completing your health intake questionnaire, a licensed provider reviews your information within 24-48 hours. They'll evaluate your health history, current medications, and goals to determine if treatment is right for you. If approved, your prescription is sent directly to our pharmacy partner.

Our functional medicine approach covers weight management (GLP-1 medications), hormone optimization (TRT for men, HRT for women), sexual health (ED treatment), metabolic health, and general wellness. Each treatment program is personalized based on your specific health needs and goals.

Functional medicine is a whole-person, root-cause approach to healthcare. Rather than simply treating symptoms, our functional medicine physicians look at your unique biology, lifestyle, and health history to identify and address the underlying causes of health issues. This approach allows us to create personalized treatment plans that promote lasting wellness.

Traditional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms with standardized treatments. Functional medicine, on the other hand, seeks to understand why those symptoms exist in the first place. Our functional medicine specialists spend more time with each patient, use advanced diagnostics, and create individualized protocols that may include prescription medications, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, and lifestyle modifications working together for optimal results.

Medications

All compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies that are FDA-registered and state-licensed. These pharmacies follow strict quality control standards, including sterility testing and potency verification. We only partner with pharmacies that meet our rigorous quality requirements.

It's best not to. After the expiration date, a drug's potency can decline and, in rare cases, its safety can change. For reliable results, dispose of expired medications per pharmacy guidelines and request a new supply. Your provider can help you get a refill before your current supply expires.

We prescribe FDA-approved medications whenever possible. For compounded medications, while the final compound isn't FDA-approved (compounded medications by definition are not), the active ingredients are FDA-approved and the compounding pharmacies are FDA-registered and follow strict federal and state guidelines.

Contact your healthcare provider immediately through your patient portal if you experience any concerning side effects. For severe reactions, seek emergency medical care. Our providers are available to adjust dosages or recommend alternative treatments based on your response.

Billing & Insurance

Yes! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

No insurance is required. Our services are designed to be affordable and transparent with upfront pricing. While we don't bill insurance directly, we can provide itemized receipts that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your FSA/HSA accounts.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Never. We believe in complete price transparency. The price you see includes your consultation, prescription (if prescribed), and ongoing provider support. Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees, ever.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after your prescription is approved. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping (2-day) is available for an additional fee. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Yes, absolutely. All orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Our network of licensed providers allows us to serve patients nationwide. International shipping is not available at this time.
