Refund & Returns Policy

Important Notice

Due to FDA regulations, all prescription medications and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned or refunded once processed by the pharmacy.

New Orders

Order cancellation is not guaranteed after placement. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Successful cancellation: If your order is successfully canceled prior to fulfillment, you will receive a refund minus a $99 administrative fee.
  • Orders already fulfilled: No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been processed and shipped.
  • Prescription rejection: If your prescription is rejected by your doctor, no administrative fee will be charged and you will receive a full refund.

Subscription Renewals

Biotech Lifestyle subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 72 hours before the renewal date. You remain responsible for payment if not canceled within this timeframe.

Refund for Canceled Renewals

If a renewed subscription is canceled, you are eligible for a refund minus a $99 administrative fee, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Non-Refundable Products

The following items cannot be refunded once processed:

  • All pharmaceutical products and prescription medications
  • Compounded medications
  • Injectable treatments
  • Any product that has been opened or used

This policy is in compliance with FDA regulations regarding the resale and redistribution of prescription medications.

Subscription Cancellations Mid-Cycle

To avoid being charged for the next treatment cycle, cancellation must occur before the current cycle ends.

  • You remain responsible for the full payment of your current subscription cycle regardless of when you cancel
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to your treatment plan until the end of your paid period

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and/or products
  • Do not dispose of the damaged items
  • Contact our support team with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible order:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
