• In emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room

Prescriptions and Medications

When prescriptions are issued:

• Prescriptions are based on the provider's clinical judgment
• Compounded medications are not FDA-approved
• You are responsible for following all medication instructions
• Report any adverse effects to your provider immediately
• Medications are for your personal use only
