Medical Review
Your prescription is reviewed by a licensed physician within 24-48 hours of completing your intake questionnaire.
Pharmacy Processing
Once approved, our pharmacy partners process your order within 2-5 business days.
Total estimated time: From order placement to delivery, most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Once your package ships, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions
We Cannot Ship To:
- PO Boxes: Products cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses
- APO/FPO Addresses: Military APO and FPO addresses are not supported
- Military Bases: Direct shipment to military bases is unavailable at this time

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name visible on the outside. The return address will show our pharmacy partner's name only.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Missing packages: Contact us within 48 hours if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order
- Damaged packages: Take photos and contact us immediately—do not dispose of damaged items
- Incorrect address: Contact us as soon as possible to update your shipping address before fulfillment
