Provider Network
Biotech Lifestyle is a telehealth platform. We are not a medical practice and we do not employ physicians. Care is delivered by independent, licensed providers through our provider network partner, Qualiphy, who are matched to each patient based on the state in which that patient is located.
Provider Licensure Information
Every provider who treats a Biotech Lifestyle patient holds an active, unrestricted license to practice in the state where that patient is located at the time of the consultation. Medicine is practiced where the patient is, and patients are matched accordingly.
Before your consultation begins, you are provided with your treating provider’s full name, license type, license number, and state of licensure. This information is also available at any time on request.
To request provider licensure information, contact support@biotechlifestyle.com or call 1-855-777-2702. Licensure may also be independently verified through the medical board of your state.
Patients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont: your treating provider’s name and licensure information will be provided to you in writing prior to your consultation, in addition to the request channels above.

Patients are matched only with providers who hold an active medical license in the state where the patient is located at the time of the consultation.
Independent Clinical Judgment
Providers make their own treatment determinations. Biotech Lifestyle does not direct, influence, or require any prescribing decision.
Ongoing Support
Your provider is available for follow-up consultations, dosage adjustments, and continuing care management.
Identified Before You Consult
You are given your provider’s full name, license type, and license number before your consultation begins, and on request at any time.
