Questions

What does my Groupon cover?

The online provider consultation and, if prescribed, your medication for the program length you bought, plus injection supplies, a dosing guide, overnight shipping and provider messaging. There are no separate consultation or pharmacy bills.

What if the provider does not approve me?

You are not charged for the program and your voucher is refunded through Groupon. Non-candidates are always refunded before any service is provided.

Will I be billed again?

Only if you continue after your program. The 4-week programs renew at the regular monthly price and the 12-week programs at the regular quarterly price. Cancel any time from your patient portal or by messaging support before your next billing date.

Who is eligible?

Adults with a BMI of 25 or higher. Semaglutide and tirzepatide cannot be prescribed to people with type 1 diabetes, a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, an eating disorder, diabetic retinopathy, a serious gastrointestinal disorder, bariatric surgery in the last 6 months, or who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning pregnancy. Your provider decides during the consultation.
